Because last night my youngest daughter texted me & said she missed her Mommy's voice. I'm expecting a long distance phone call at any time from her. I'm saving my $ for a Mac Book so I can have Face Time with her. Course I could go borrow her Sisters to. I don't have to worry about being pulled over anymore from yesterdays hangover, or a nip or two.

I love being sober, as many of my Tech skills have resurfaced. Clarity!.... Sobriety is the gift that keeps on giving!

.. i have to write so many postponed mails and letters and send postcards to my friends..i didn' t feel self-confident, clear headed, positive, creative etc. to write..but they probably think that i'm unpolite, selfish, ignorant..i really hope not..

I didn't drink and wont drink tomorrow, because I have so many lovely Christmas things going on and I want to enjoy them with the clarity of a sober mind and no horrible hangovers which in the past have ruined Christmas time.
This decision makes we feel empowered, confident and at ease with myself.
