    Still here

    Today is day 3 AF. My head hurts and I can't stop crying. I feel so damned depressed. Just putting one foot in front of the other as I go off to work. I will try to be a little bit more eloquent and precise in my posts as the days go by but for now it's all I can do just to type this.

    We are with you. Just hang in with us...
    That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
    Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

          Hi IG,
          Days 3-4 were the hardest for me. You are going through many emotional ups and downs right now. Just try to ride it out and have faith that it will get easier...because it does. Please stick close to us. We've all been where you are, you will never be alone here. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
