    Starting a whole new week AF

    I can't believe I'm actually doing this! I feel a little depressed this morning, however. What's up with that? Off to work I go. Have a good one, everybody.

    As per my experience there will be rapid mood swings for a long as our addiction was not happened over a night so it takes time to get stable.We can do the right judgement with the sober mind.So keep it up and don't do any harmful stuff at least and think for good.
    Initially it looks boring but you will feel proud of you with the passes of time for sure..

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

      Thank you for your input, Dixon. I'm struggling a little bit today and I feel a bit blue. So far I've managed to stave off the craves though. I'm just going to keep putting one foot in front of the other.

        You're doing better than me, IG, but I'm sending you support from the other side of the world. If you did one week (of more) AF already you know can do one more day - today is all you need to concentrate on. Tomorrow can take care of itself. Get yourself to bed tonight sober, congratulate yourself on another successful 24hrs, and then see what tomorrow brings.
