Hi Stumpy, Just wanted to say hope your feeling better today, I know there is a lot of crap going around here as well, extream weather I think and days of lacking sleep don't help. Any how feeling great today, thinking of making some more soup as the temp has fallen to a whole 64 yikes, haven't seen that in a long time, and it was 92 yesterday! Hope you have a great day! Keep me posted.

Hi Kdog, I didn't sleep last night at all now that makes it about four nights. I'll get through it, thanks for asking.

Stumpy Hope you get some rest tonight! Its nice and cool here, hope I wake up in time for my new stumpy doo....or should I call it scooby doo....LOL. I had a great day, made home made soup and divided it up and took it to both my married kids homes.LOL don't think I have ever done that before. Even saved a bowl for the turd one that still lives at home!'

Stumpy and Kdog...I just saw your posts. The only experience I have with detoxing was when my husband quit drinking for a period of time. He used Valium....took a lot of Epsom salt baths, with me very near, like in the bathroom with him, ate very small but frequent meals, mostly clear broth soups, he drank a lot of water. May I suggest coconut water....it is supposed to be very hydrating. I also rubbed him down with lots of lavender oil mixed with lotion to help with the muscle cramps as well as to help relax his mind. Please both of you stay strong.....I will check in on both of you frequently.

Hi Everyone, I'm actually very proud of myself, 16 days with a tiny slip. I have not slept much in the past 5 days.
I think it helps my quit to be too tired to think about drinking lol. I have no desire at all.
I had a great 4 hours sleep last night lol I would rather be tired then drunk. Stay strong.
