Don't give it another thought. The withdrawal phase leaves us very irritable. I wanted to snap everyone's head off my first 9 days. I told everyone, please don't take it personally, but I'm a irritable mess right now. By day 8, my daughter said, geeze get over the withdrawal mom. Sure babe. What's that thing that is lit between your fingers? Care to give that up and we'll match irritability modes??? rotfl You'll have your humor back. Hang in there. You will be successful.

I think most anything is possible during the first week or so. You are depriving your body of something it has become dependent on, so don't worry something is wrong. Just try to relax as much as possible through this part. It bites, but it won't kill you. (Disclaimer: unless you are one who needs medication to get through it because you may seizure. If you are on day 4 and haven't had the DTs or seizures, I'd say you are experiencing a normal symptom of withdrawal.

:l:goodjobay 4 and onto day 7, Stumpy. No doubts allowed.

Well I believe in you. If I can do it, anyone can. lol I've used it for about every excuse you can think of. I'm a terrible drunk. Didn't start out that way. I was the fun girl. You are so much fun always invited girl. Now, I get so drunk, open my mouth too much and can get mean with those I love. It's not pretty and instead of giving up on and saying to hell with it, I will beat this enemy.

Hmmmm...yep, funny. Power wash the house sounds sooooooooooo relaxing. :jumpwow: Thanks for the humor. Hey if you have that kind of energy I'm jealous. I've been sooooooo tired. You know, my car is looking a little dirty...?

Oh my goodness me. I forgot to mention one of the side effects of early AFness.

                  Extreme busyness.
:Washing, ironing, cooking, cleaning, cupboard cleaning, extreme vacuuming, polishing anything that doesn't move while all the time eating, like you say, any thing that isn't nailed down.

Try the L-Glut for the cravings. Works very well.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Ok, Jackie and Slay, I ended up just hosing the front of the house kind of down lol then I went on to clean my spice cabinet and lost all of my steam, got a little dizzy and said to hell with it LMAO I'm not ready for cleaning, not yet. :H
