      Here I go again.

      IG, I just started feeling better on Day 10. Up to that point, I went through an emotional rollercoaster and physical symptoms. Day 10 and today is day 11, I am feeling much better. I stopped having cravings on Day 10, but the last couple days haven't had much stress either.

        Good job Slaythefear - I had tried to PM you yesterday - but you have your's disabled...
        That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
        Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.

          PF, I changed the PM settings today. I'm new around here, so I still don't have the hang of how all the settings and tricks work. I'm sure there are easier ways to navigate these boards as well. In time...

            Here I go again.

            Rough morning

            I was going about my business today. Went with my Husband to clean his truck (to get out of the house) we were on our way home and WHAM! all I could think about was making a stop for a glass of wine, I had to run home. It was so strong and took me by suprise. Funny thing is, when I was drinking, I never notice the cravings, I just did what I wanted, when I wanted but today I couldn't. Wow! I think I'll stay in for a bit.

                    Here I go again.

                    Stumpy I am here, had to dismantle my puter for a bit, ugh, So sorry your having a bad day, you've been doing so well stay strong! I have not been as well, I was drinking way more than 6 glasses a day I lost my job due to company elimination, I had worked as a supervisor for 15 years. Then one day bam they let us all go! Went on a major binge all day everyday for 3 weeks. So its been real rough for me. But you keep up the good work! I think of you often. What part of the world do you live in? If you don't mind me asking.
