    Here I go again.

    Thank you Everyone, it feels so good. I never thought I could do it, don't know that I ever wanted to before but Here I am. No turning back now.

        Here I go again.

        I knew you could do it Stumpy!!! Look forward to better days. I'm on Day 14 and the last three days have been pretty good. I still have some anxiety issues and some fatigue issues, but I'll work through them with a clear head and logical steps. I'm productive again and I like me again! Keep going, girl!

          Here I go again.

          Hey Slaythefear, I am so tired today, 3 hours sleep last night. Strange, up until last night I was sleep 10-11 per night, I still have that dang headache too but that should pass ( I hope). My Dr. wants to put me on some horrible med so I won't drink, I'm not good with meds at all. I think I can do this myself or with something natural, not sure what, I'll have to look into alternatives. but heck, I made it to Day 6.

            I still had the fatigue at that point. I noted an energy pick up on day 12 and still have it on day 14. I have suffered from fatigue for a long time, so I think now that I've passed the worst of the withdrawal symptoms, I will need to add exercise in slowly until I regain some health back. Be patient with yourself. It's not easy, but you won't feel as tired from the alcohol withrawal soon. Give yourself a break. It's alright!!!!

            As far as the headaches go. This may sound strange, but sometimes sudafed with a pain reliever works. It shrinks the membranes. It has worked for me many times where nothing else did. Maybe even a bit of caffeine-coffee, etc. If it helps, you sound better than you did a couple days ago.

                Here I go again.

                Slaythefear and Kdog, thank you. I can't many pain killers/ suderfed or others. I'm at work for the first time in over a week and this is a good thing. Keeps my mind off of everything else.
                Slay, you're right I do sound better today then I did a couple of days ago. Looking forward to Day 7. Have a great AF day everyone. :thanks:

                P.S. My house is nice and clean and tonight I will use the last of my garden tomatos to make a homemade sauce...Yummy. I instructed my husband to buy a bottle of red wine and pour the one cup in the sauce and toss the rest lol not that I would be tempted at this point but I don't want to take any chances.

                          Kdog, I still have the headache along with major cravings tonight. Just laying low lol I hope day 7 is better than 6. it's sucking for sure tonight lol

                            Stumpy, sorry to hear your having a rough day! I'm feeling ok, very positive at the moment,
                            hope all goes well for us both tomorrow. Don't give up you've come to far.
