Stumpy, dang it, I couldn't sleep last night! I awoke with those horrible leg pains, excruciating, don't understand why? Not dehydration for sure, I drink more water than a horse! Not vitamins, I wouldn't think, I take plenty of those, so what can it be? There's plenty of potassium in the freaking prune juice....any other suggestions?

Stumpy, How are you doing today? Hope you got some much needed rest! I had a great day, although I am very tired for some reason. I don't know, I guess I though once I quit I would be miss snappy happy with mounds of energy, and some days I am, and others not so much. Oh well onwards forward!

Kdog, didn't sleep again last night, not sure how much longer I can go without sleep. At least I haven't had any cravings so far, well that's a lie, I did have a quick craving last night but I was too tired to let it get to me. Other then that, I have been keep so busy with cleaning the house and helping my daughter. Life is pretty good.
