    LOL. I've been having a lot of success just avoiding simple carbs. I don't count calories or carbs even, I just avoid sugar, bread, rice, potatoes, fruit, etc. Other than that, I eat what I want. For breakfast today I had coffee blended with butter and coconut oil (I know, it sounds gross, but it makes a very creamy latte), lunch was a hamburger patty and broccoli with plenty of butter and salt and a couple squares of 90% dark chocolate for dessert, dinner was salad greens topped with vinegar and oil, salmon, some pepperjack cheese and more chocolate for dessert.

    My friends tempted me hardcore with some popcorn tonight, but I was wearing jeans that I hadn't been able to fit into in years, so it wasn't that hard to resist.
