    New to this...

I have been a watcher on this forum for a very long time. I have read many of your posts that are very encouraging. I left my husband because he drank too much and then when he left I was the one who started drinking too much! It got me through the divorce and now I need to clean myself up. I have read so many good things and finally got the courage to join this forum. I also smoke, which got my eye on people trying to stop drinking and smoking at the same time got my attention... they go together... from reading all the forums I actually stopped both for 5 days. I've never felt better. Thank you all and let me introduce myself.. Greenlee! Feels good to join you all!

Oh thank you! This beast is such a hard thing to beat. I've been on here for a couple years. What's funny is I actually started to come here to see if I could help my husband. Then I kinda thought, hmmm... i am a little of this too! This site really does help a lot!

                    Welcome!
That popping sound you hear is me attempting to remove my head from my arse. It's been there for years so this may take a while.
Admitting I need healing. And I am not big enough to do this alone.
