Congrats on the Day 2! Just take it One Day At a Time or even One Hour At a Time if needbe. The longer you stay sober, the easier it gets. The early days are tough for a lot of people, but it does get easier. I am going to be 16 months sober on Friday and I know from experience it is true. Feel free to read the https://www.mywayout.org/community/f1...box-27556.html and set up a plan to remain sober.

I think there's a part in the tool box which really explains how to urge surf... It's pretty helpful because there is a strategy in working through the craving.
For me I have preteens so when I'm craving I usually get distracted! but it's still tough I know. One thing that works for me a bit and I used his for smoking too- I told myself I'd drink tomorrow or that weekend and so I could wait.
Well I'm 14 years smoke free ! And I'm about 4 months AL FREE.
