    Today is Day 30 AF

Thanks Slay. I reminded my husband last night that it's been three weeks. He's a great man but he said " wow, that's not very long.". When each minute passes being AF at this point its something to celebrate. I've found my cheerleaders here.

Three weeks is a GREAT accomplishment. He doesn't understand how hard the beginning is both physically and mentally. I/WE do!!!! :goodjob::goodjob::goodjob: We'll certainly be your cheerleaders because on this board we know the struggle!

Does he have anything he is physically addicted to or has been addicted too? It doesn't sound like it. If so, maybe a comparison. If not, maybe a couple powerful articles that talk about what happens when you remove alcohol. If not, then just rely on us. You'll know that here your accomplishments are understood.

Rule your mind or it will rule you. It is from a thought that an action grows. :bat
