    What made you happy today?

    Thought it might be nice to post what made us happy today AF or not :h

    Putting my son to bed tonight I lay with him and nodded of feeling sober and content, not trying to rush him to sleep so I could get back to the vino!
    Teaching my Zumba class this morning with no hangover
    Watching Downton Abbey this evening with a cup of redbush tea and custard creams :H

    What made you happy today?

    Cutting myself some slack and a break. Acknowledging I don't have to be perfect for everyone. Slaying the fear of rejection or not meeting other's expectations, I suppose.

        What made you happy today?

        Playing 'tag' with my daughter in the park. Cuddles with her at the bus stop as I was leaving for home. A Skype session with a friend in Canada then London. Telling my mum I loved her and eating strawberries and (cranberry) dark chocolate. Simples!
