Hello everyone, so it’s exactly 90 days until Christmas and I would like to get into the best shape of my life by the end of the year. Giving up Alcohol has blessed me with a lot of extra free time and extra money to spend on fitness. I really want to partner up on this with other MWO members as it is great for motivation. Slay you are the first person that comes to mind, everyone else let me know, we can do this together.
I am 6'1" and I currently weight 187lb or around 85kg, my waist is 36 inches. So my goal is simple, to drop down to 175lb or 80kg and lose 2 inches in waste. I have read that some propose to keep it simple and just focus on recovery, however, many feel bored or lonely and fitness can fill that time that would otherwise be wasted combating AL.
