Congratulations on your 30 days Allan!!:goodjob: I had a "What now" moment too at about that time, and more since. You will pull through this and like Byrdie says, There's hardly ever two bad days in a row.

You'll be fine, Allan, like some has said it is just the flat feeling at the end of a race. Except this is a race in the training part of recovery.

Look at the people coming back to post who are 2 years plus sober. No angst, just part of their lifestyle now.

30 days establishes a new habit, we are both only toddlers, but toddlers with a ' never again' attitude.

Allan, hope you're feeling a bit better now; I don't think you really know what an impact you have made on us lot since coming here. You have helped me this month. I love your positive approach and how you pull others along with you. Everyone has down days; it's allowed and maybe even needed...might help appreciate those good days when we have them!
