Eloise, thank you so much for the congratulations Yes, today is day 32 for me, and this recent milestone has really energized me enough to keep going on despite struggling a bit over the past couple of days. How am I feeling? I feel so free, alive, and light on my feet. I sing and hum while doing chores. I've just started knitting again and planning projects. I realize now how depressed I always was when I was drinking and I need to remember that. I am grateful for this experience which is enabling me to clearly think more deeply about the future and family. My next major goal is 6 weeks but will keep at it one day at a time Hope everyone has a fabulous day!!

Jane, I just read back. Sorry I missed it earlier, but thank you so much for my 1-month poster. It is so cool and you're very thoughtful and clever to do that!!
I also like your counting chart. It seems much easier and very logical to get rid of the odd straggly days and keep to the 30-day month. I'm in! :thumbsup:
