Thank you all for the accolades! It's been a tough day, but I can say I'm proud of how I handled it and how I managed my first 30. My LAFQ began with truth and honesty. I will not accept any less than that, but I will accept that I'm an alcoholic that can live a great life in recovery. Thank you for all the strength, encouragement, and love.:love:

Whats the plan moving forward Jvo?
How can we help? December & January is a stressful time for most of us here I think it is safe to say. Gotta have a plan that covers you when those tricky situations sneak up on you, which they will. Somehow you have to empower yourself looking at your quit as something wonderful. Not a burden, or a bummer. After so many months sober I have to admit I now remember mostly the negative aspects of drinking. I do not even take comfort in the thought of a glass of wine anymore. It took a long time to get there, just gotta make plans to be sure you can think on your feet when the time comes.
