        Hats off to you Tony, :woohoo2::black: so happy you made it! It seems to me you have the determination it takes to make quitting a reality.

        The more sober days you acquire, the better you will feel!
        What is the plan for the coming days Tony? We will all be here cheering you on as you reach your second award date, day 30.

              The plan is:-
              1. to make sure I continue to take the tablet every morning and then I know I CANNOT drink - I think this is cheating a bit but, hey, it works for now!
              2. I have a 1001 things I've not done at work because I'd always been planning to do them but thought I'd "just have one glass of wine first" and, of course, I cannot just have 1. Each night I'm going to set myself 2 or 3 things to do to get back on track - at least one a "fun" thing. Fortunately when you have your own business no one is breathing down your neck to get things finished so there's no great pressure
              3. If I have 1001 at work then there's 5001 things at home - we moved house last year and, for example, every night we sit down and I get asked when the pictures are going to go up in the living room... Obviously that used to be after a glass of wine.....enough said. They went up this morning! So each night I plan to set myself just a couple of things at home to do as well.
              4. Keep up with all appointments with the Doc and with the Psychiatrist (next one with her on Wednesday)
              5. Buy more apple juice and greek yoghurt!
              6. Eat more
              7. Take longer walks with the dogs
              8. Every time I get a twinge of thinking about having a drink, remind myself I don't do that anymore
              9. I've been 22 years drinking every day until March this year with the only exceptions being 2 separate (and non alcohol related) stays of 1 week each in hospital. So I had one period of 2 weeks in March/April when I didn't drink but my head was in a different place to now so the final item on the current interim plan will be to hit 15 days.
              10. Keep on this site
