SL - Far be it from me as someone who is only 8 days in, to start offering too much advice. However I have looked at your previous posts and you are doing exactly the same as I did to start - a day here, a few there. Well done on getting to day 2 because that means you have a whole clear day behind you. Someone on here (sorry I can't remember who) has the signature line "I am 100% certain I cannot do this on my own". Are you getting the help you need?

From your name on here I am assuming you are in South London. Here in Scotland we are very lucky to be able to get immediate access to medical help but I know that can be tricky in London. There is, however, a walk-in centre in Southwark (Lifeline Southwark) that you can go in Monday through Friday (half day Weds) and they will be able to prescribe you there and then any medicine which may help you cope with the very difficult 1st few days. If you visit their website - Lifeline Southwark - they even tell you which buses stop outside their premises. You could go now and walk out with the prescription for stuff that will REALLY help.

Sorry if this sounds patronising at all, that's not the intention, but it would be great in the first instance, to see you get the 7 day prize on here!
