Thank you so much for your kind words Byrdie. It is indeed a personal best. I have not been sober for 90 days straight since I started drinking regularly at age 17, and I'm 42 now. After binges, I always thought I was back to normal after about three days, but now, I know what real clarity of mind is and am able to take on the task of rebuilding my life.
