Unfortunately today i succumbed to having a few beers with some fags after nearly hitting 3 weeks. I post day 19 as a slip up and continue on posting as usual as I have been through this before. Slip up means just that and should I fall back into old habits over the next week, then reset back to 0.That being said ,I need to stop bashing myself up and keep with the program as best as I can .I truely fail if this becomes an everyday habit again

Sorry you had that experience yesterday - We've all been there and done that in the past and I know how you must feel about it today. Whilst I understand, completely, why you want to discount yesterday and continue from day 19, I don't know that that is going to be allowed, but it's definitely NOT for me to say that! So I hope you don't mind but I am going to start today's roll call again below, and when someone more senior than me has seen what you've said, then you can always add yourself back in later either at day 1 or where you are, depending on their decision.
