Hi Panda ..
When I tried to tapper off I used everyday as an excuse to have my last one and usually ended up drinking even more than usual ... I don't have any willpower when it comes to drinking , once I have the first drink then its " what the hell " may as well carry on attitude . Hope that makes sense . I have only recently found MWO as well as a couple of really helpful books on quitting for good . So far so good and believe me when you wake up with a clear head after a non alcohol induced sleep things do get easier ... try to come over to Newbies Nest by clicking on < just starting out > and find us on the Last page , we there for you but if you having problems getting there then we can keep on chatting on the roll call thread ! Stay here or there whatever it takes to get the encouragement to stay off the booze . Day 1 is just a Day don't fear it ... Free yourself now from the slavery of Alcohol !! What day am I on? What day do I put here? It's almost anniversary (and I'm so excited) but I can't get my days to add up right.
Day 1 of no alcohol was 7-27-15.
So am I at 360 days today?
