Welcome to MWO. You are seriously in the right place. You will get as much support as you want here... As AB says, perhaps the best place to be right now is in the Newbies Nest where there are a number of people who are at the early stages of recovery and also some "long timers" who always give invaluable advice to people who are just starting out on this journey.

Day 1 can be a very scary place and I hope you are getting through it ok. You mention the supplements. If you can get yo your family Doctor then he/she can give you some meds which will help you through the first few days and help to get you on track.
