Elvis, thank you for recounting your relapse experience a while back. I'm now around the six month mark and sometimes I find myself wondering, "I wonder how much my tolerance has decreased. Would I be able to get pleasantly buzzed on a normal amount of alcohol?" Your post served as a reminder that we pick up right where we left off and end up in an even worse place. Thank you for that.

Oh what a lovely thing to read! Thank you Eloise! What is a PP? I am in the UK, and the weather is really nice which does help. Weekend looming so planning to be here a lot and rest, plus get outside a bit. I reckon that is a recipe for a nice weekend

I am over the channel in The Netherlands and we are just having the most amazing days. I have been outside drawing and painting all week, what a treat.
You can do this starty, it is hard and will take a lot of determination on your part, but so worth it.
I did not think I could ever not drink, but that is exactly what I am doing. :horse:
