You've made your first post - that's great ... I guess you've been a "lurker" for a couple of weeks and there's nothing wrong in that but welcome...You are in the right place to move your alcohol free journey forwards... Posting your days on here is a great way of keeping yourself accountable, not to the site members, but to yourself.

If you've not found it already then the toolbox is a great place to start. Also if you have any problems or questions then you can always put them here or in the Newbies Nest and you can almost guarantee that your question or problem will not be unique and someone will be able to advise or help you.

Well done you on getting through what will probably be the worst 4 days of the rest of your life...it really DOES get better...
