My last drink was Thursday, March 9. I've been a daily black-out drinker for years. I'm newly on Campral and am pretty amazed at how helpful it is in reducing my cravings.

I'm 10 days today with campral after 40 years of hard drinking. Kind of grieving due to all the fun drunk things to do in my area, but determined to do this. Welcome. I am on the Newbie site too, and also on the campral link in the other thread. I note that folks give up sugar. OH HECK NO, well at least not yet. I do try to limit myself to once a day sugar rush.
