Okay, lets give this a try! The person who opens the roll call also gets to pick a word to put behind their day number. The word should be some sort of topic, like sobriety, wedding, holidays etc. The next person then takes the last letter of the word above them and post a word relating to the topic. Something like this;
A new page - Day 1365 (wedding)
abcowboy - Day 1299 (groom)
Elvis - Day **** (mother)
You don't have to play if you don't want to, just do your regular roll call like you normally would. This isn't meant to steer people away, just something to make it more interesting.
