Thank you, Brydie, for my hat and for the encouragement you, and so many others provided to me. I tried to reach 30 consecutive days in Feb, and again in March (part of the 311ers) but caved in due to one of the HALT triggers. Will say that I picked myself up, got back on MWO and started again. March was better than Feb and April better than March.
Key to my success was sharing my plan with my DH, who was supportive, but not excessively so. Posting on MWO and sending personal messages to a few people who were very supportive. Also, having a plan and visualizing saying "no thank you" for upcoming situations was important. It has, however, been a struggle and I anticipate the coming months will continue to be a learning period.
