I will wear the hat with pride
I just decided enough was enough and needed to get my life back which is slowly coming together
head not heavy with head acres though for the first couple of weeks the panadol did come in handy with withdrawal headackes but have settled down now
I still am doing it one day at a time
and did hit the lollies and chocolates to settle the sugar craving ( that hasn't disappeared ) had a mid night snack instead of a glass of wine ........sleeping still not right but will improve hopefully
drink plenty of water ......and also had green tea with lemon and ginger in a thermos ready to drink instead of a glass of wine .........did have the help of st Johns wart.....
BUT most important you people I couldn't have done it without you all
