Evening guys and dolls.

Just a quick check in this evening as its been a pretty hectic day. My parents are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary coming up next month and I am trying to find a way to get the time off from work to go home for it.

We had an all staff meeting today and I had to give a short announcement to everyone regarding the trip to vegas. I did not bother with a powerpoint and just shot from the hip, but it appeared to be received well by my co-workers.

Had my cycling class again tonight at the gym, and its amazing how much my endurance has improved in just a short amount of time. I am still sweating my balls off by the time we are done of course, but I still have gas left in the tank

I can't tell you guys how thankful I am for everyday since putting down the bottle. I only wish I would of found my way to MWO sooner
