Big difference, besides feeling better is the mental picture of focusing on what to look forward to, not looking back longingly wishing I could drink. I just do't want to go there again. Once I quit worrying about the damn stuff, it became a relief, hey I just don't drink. And this quit is has been helped a lot by checking in here, no doubt, lots of good stuff here and people.
