Thank you so much, Byrdie! You are so sweet to keep us on our toes and moving forward in this journey to freedom. I was thinking about listing all the things that have improved in my life over the last 30 days, but I don't think I have enough room. If I had to summarize, I would say the most important thing I've gained is ME. Without the beast tearing me apart, filling my head with anxiety shame, and guilt - I can simply be me - the me who is kind, loving, productive, and most important - happy. I'm satisfied with who I am again. I'm happy to be ME. The world is a better place because I am here - I am focused - I am confident - I am a good person. I would have NEVER said these things 31 days ago. Being alcohol free is a freedom unlike any other. I have literally been set free from jail. I walk confidently and happily through life now. I look foward to the mornings. I don't avoid people anymore. I make plans and keep them. YAY!!!!

God give me the strength to stay this way!
