Good morning! I am a newbie. Read the book and ordered the cds months ago but did not seriously do the program. Ready now. Had bad reaction to kudzu recovery severe belly cramping and would like to not use Topamax unless I have to . Anyone do it with just the vitamin glutamine supplements.?

For what it's worth, at day 28, I haven't used any supplements in the whole time. I just made sure I had plenty of alternatives to Al when boredom,cravings and witching ( 5pm beer O'clock hit) hour came around.

BL's advice is 100% spot on.
