Newbies Nest Roll Call
:thanks: I do have advice...... If you are still lurking, register and start to participate in MWO. I could have never gotten to day 30 without all of you. Also, J-vo suggested a book I've been reading. "Kick the Drink...Easily" by Jason Vale. I downloaded it to my phone and whenever I feel like I'm slipping, I read a few pages. It gets me back on track. I splurge on high end sparkling water to drink while hubs and I are cooking dinner. We always drank wine and chatted while we cooked the evening meal. Now I sip my sparkles!
