I recall when I was in single digits It was like seeing these big numbers as a sky scraper which I have to climb or a mountain I have to hike. But trust me it's harder in the beginning. Once you cross 45 days or so it's important not to be become complacent, or over confident or start feeling like a "normal drinker" or you have solved the AL problem. Wishing u all the best !,
