There has ben a top secret report that our dear Kensho has clocked 30 days!

This is great news, congrats!
Not easy, keep it going girl. These early days and weeks are the most challenging, but each week gets a bit easier. Really it does! I remember so well struggling with the first month, falling and climbing back aboard weeks later. My advice: look at it as 'just today' and get these first few AF months behind you.
Keep saying to yoursel I Don't Drink- and you won't anymore.
Moderation is a keyword for allowing ourself to go backwards.
Lets look forward. Congrats Kensho! X
