I am so sorry I missed your 30 day milestone! I was entirely buried in iPad this week at work.

Now you are headed towards day 33 and I know you must be starting to feel a bit more clear headed.

May I humbly request a speech to inspire those who are struggling to reach their 30 day mark?
Any tips for us? What worked... things to avoid?
