      What a fabulous speech RC. You so deserve all of the accolades, the messages of cheer. You have accomplished a great thing and you have helped so many of us stay sober for just another day. Please continue to delight us with your tales at the Big Sober House and enjoy the AF feeling.

          congrats r.c! im just upset cuz our day ones were around the same time,i didnt make it but you did! im sooo happy for you! keep it going,dont look back,and if you do look at where you NEVER want to be again

                      Yes, it is Tammie. You're on Day 2 right? Good, that's real good. My advice would be to not bother thinking about the likes of Day 30. Day 2 is enough. That's twice as much as Day 1 - you've doubled your AF time! I'm on day 31 - that's enough for me. Let me just get through Day 31 as i work on me and my relationship with AL. Why think about day 40 or 50 when SO much can happen between now and then, so many ups and downs, trials and tribulations. So i TRY to stay focussed on here and now. Today.

                      It's not easy, especially the first few days, but check out the tool box, and hang out in Newbies Nest and just focus on the here and now. Not day30, not day 7, not even tomorrow. Just now. Just get through now.
