      Day 3

Woo Hoo Byrdie is getting so technical on us! LOL

Hi Roadrunner! For me, days 3-4 were the hardest...once you get through those it does get easier. Can you do something tonight that's completely out of the normal for you? Leave the house and go somewhere that drinking is not allowed...the Library, a park, the movies, the mall...Walmart...anything to kill time. My first week I went to bed super early...just to end the day. Don't get discouraged and think that it will always be like this, it won't....you will soon begin to enjoy your sober evenings and even more, your hangover free mornings! Stick it out and remember that a craving will never last as long as a hangover!
