    Hi guys,
    I have been hovering for months. After such successful abstinence months ago...
    I have been in a stop al, start al awful routine.
    To be honest it's exhausting. I'm ready to try honestly again.
    I have the supps, I have u guys.
    Please be kind to me
    Today I chose to start living!

    Sooverit, today you chose to start living!!!!!! I am on day 1 today. Had a few good AF spells this year and I feel just like you. Sick of it!
    Let's give this a serious kick-ass go!

      Of course! Glad you found the supps! That's what got me off after 20 years and checking in here frequently. Hope they work for you, too! If not, keep trying what worked for other members!

          Welcome back! I too had to "give drinking one more try" before I was ready to be AF for good. Getting back on the wagon was really tough for me too. But if I did it and all kinds of other folks around here have done it, I know you can do it too. Believe in yourself and make a good plan!

            Ur post post is some what of a good omen to me.
            I want to do this, I know I can now, so here I go.
            I have bought exercise DVD, crochet kits, new novels.... Now excuse for idle time guys..

              so over! im with you,i like "reset,restart",i was off the wagon too here recently,decided i dont like the way it feels anymore regroup,and start again!
              I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

              I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me":thumbsup:
              Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

                    SOI, Stay close, you can do this, Lord knows we all have had that happen in the past, but as K9 says...I love my daughter more than al, and right now she needs me more than anything. Lots of luck.

                            I got into a crochet frenzy for a while...I swear I have 20+ scarves...only because that's the only thing I know how to make (and blankets...anything that only requires going back and forth...lol). WHATEVER it takes to keep your hands occupied. Kuya is right, days 3-5 are the worst, but they pass. Remember, a craving will never last as long as a hangover. Stick close and ride out the urges!
