Well ive been doing really well, 29 days with one slip up, but today has been crap, not even going to come up with an excuse or reason, nothing different in my life just woke up feeli flat and couldnt fight the urge so bought a bottle of wine this afternoon and drank it now on my second which is hiding behind a cupboard upstairs so hubby doesn't know! I'm such a muppet. ;0(

Thanks guys, well it's a grim day here in the uk but obviously we are fortunate compared to the east side in us ;0( surprisingly not hungover, going to take supps and be strong. Here's to an AF day xx
