    Planet Janet has 6 months

    I post on a few threads where I find comfort, support and encouragement. One is "anyone up for 30 days AF" posted by PlanetJanet - and her thread was the start of her journey that is now at 6 months - way to go, what a leader and a role model - and as I posted on her thread, I am jusy a wee bit jealous/envious of her success, but hoping to follow on her coat tails!

                  You have achieved so much since quitting alcohol eg with your job, your running etc.

                  Your thread has really helped keep me going over the last 6 months.

                      Congrats Janet, I have read your thread as you have chronicled the days. It has been like a signposted road to follow fromyour day one.
                      How desperate and hopeless you were, how amazing you sound now.

                      Anyone wanting to see the daily highs and lows should read your thread as you TRULY show it is 'one day at a time'
