Thanx to everyone who responded to my xanax question. apparently I'm just trying to substite one addiction for another. Had my physical yesterday and took the research to my doc. He said he would read it in case the supps,cds and exercise did'nt do it. He's a great guy, said good for me and quit smoking after I have this in control.
So instead of xanax for anxiety he suggested atarax, which is a lot less addictive.
anyone taking atarax? Wondering how it works for you?
