And another fear bites the dust!

JJ ...... There will be moments.....but you will come here with them.

I promise they get fewer and fewer and further apart.

My moment of complacency on my last (first) quit was to think 'oh THIS is easy, if I have ONE I can go straight back to being AF'

    YEAH RIGHT !

It took eight miserable months until I felt so I'll I HAD to quit again. It was scary how I was back to daily drinking again in about 2 weeks and MORE than before.

You have seen what a determined person I am...... DON'T test it for yourself ...... It only ends back here on Day 1

Sometimes these reminders are just what we need...I know I like to be reminded of all the "fun" I've given up..i.e. hangovers, regret, anxiety, nausea..etc, etc. FUN right? LOL
:heart:I love my daughter more than alcohol:heart:

Believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think.

Yip K9Lover - I had to quickly switch my thinking on to all the bad shit like hangovers, regret, anxiety, sickness etc earlier when I was suddenly overcome with an out-of-the-blue desire to go home and drink wine. Oooft! Thankfully there was enough bad shit to focus to divert things. Scared me tho.
