Having hard time to-night till I just looked at what put up
iTube stop it......think I might need to watch it everyday

You are going to have to get honest with yourself. When you look at those drinkers that surround you, what do you see?

Surely you can see
the drunken haze,
the blur
the rambling conversations that never go anywhere but up in volume
the chaos
the constant need for that next drink (which never satisfies)
the shakes
the morning after mental shit trip
the queasy stomach
taking a drink the next day so you can avoid the hangover, knowing that it is going to lead to another, then another, & another, all the while telling yourself that you will just drink enough to get well.

oh and how about this one....the grandchildren who never really get your full attention & time because you are knocking down the alcohol and/or engaging in the aforementioned behaviors.

See how the alcohol mind LIES ??? It has you convinced that giving up everything that makes your life shit, is "hard".

And also, there is but one reason to drink, and many excuses.
