    Flushes

I'm curious to see what you all think... yesterday was my third day AF. In the past I would have isolated AF's and don't recall feeling flushes or a tingling sensation in my face, but the last 3 nights I've been getting this. It feels like adrenaline causing the sensation.

So... what do you guys think? Is it a symptom of alcohol withdrawl or an adjustment to the supps? Any opinions?

Thanks Fan. Do you recall how many days they last?

I'll end up with broken capillaries if this keeps up any longer!

I used to get hot flash like symptoms. Usually lasted 3-4 days. Alcohol withdrawal for me.

I also get hot flushes where I get really sweaty - especially at night - which is quite frightening - could be the toxins we are flushing out!! what a lovely realisation that is

            Me too

Just like Serenity said, I get terrible hot sweaty flashes all night when I am withdrawing. It usually lasts about 3 nights for me. My husband practically throws me out of bed they are so bad. They stink, but they are much better than waking up not remembering what you just did. Hang in there.
Rest in Peace, Bear. We miss you.

I'm no expert but I asked this question last year when I 1st went AF, and was told that it is the toxins leaving your body, they do go away, but apparently it depends how much you were drinking as to when they go away.

All the best & take care xx
