I've noticed the three of you have similar join dates. Just a thought and you can certainly let this thread roll into oblivion if it doesn't suit you all.
You could make a great support team. Check in with your thoughts, your successes, your struggles. The only "requirement" is honesty and a genuine will to kick al to the curb.
