I thought I'd just say something a lot seem to think they can't progress because of what they did mind you I've been there also ..... the guilt and shame......
There's a saying
yesterday is history
tomorrow is a mystery
but to-day thats a present
we all like presents so enjoy to-day and only take it one day at a time
