    Omg!!!!

Good for you Phin! Next time will be that much easier!!

Hubby and I went out for a movie and dinner last night. Real popular place for dinner was packed so we sat in the BAR. It was weird for me and I had a choice to make... I ordered a soda and cranberry, then just a soda with lemons. It went over we'll and I was very proud of myself! My hubby was proud too and even offered to not drink himself! I said, NO, order if you want. Which he did, a Guiness, then a big glass of red wine (my fav!). But I found it was not too bad!!! We will see when we are with a whole bunch of friends that are drinking.... Next challenge!
    Live in the "NOW". :h

Great job Breezy! You handled that with grace!!!

Well I frigging made it. Thank god! I ended up in bed at 9:30. I woke up this morning and didn't feel like garbage which is nice. I didn't consume those calories which is even better! I'm down 14lbs and I'd like to keep the trend downward!

Thank you everyone for your support! It really means a lot.

Yeah Phin! You never wake up wishing that you had drank the night before. Remember the feeling of waking up today the next time the urge strikes. It's easy when you're in the midst of the craving to rationalize drinking. It's been 2 week since I drank; I clearly don't have a problem. I can always start again tomorrow. Blah, blah, blah. Then you wake up the next day and are filled with regrets.

                Omg!!!!

                Hey Paully

It's so nice to not drink isn't it? My bf has a beer now and then and it doesn't bother me at all.
Sitting at my gate at the airport in Philly I was next to the bar where I have had many drinks. I was so happy to be sitting there reading instead of drinking and trying to make "friends" in the bar, desperate for a connection with someone, anyone, even strangers.
I have connected with myself so now I hope to mover through life with grace and dignity
