      Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

          Great job Bella. What is different about Friday? What is your trigger to drink on Friday? Is it getting home from work? Is it cooking dinner? What do you do on Fridays when you start drinking? That "drinking routine" is what you need to change. Come up with a plan of something different to do.

            Hi bellas and welcome!

            You're doing great. Have a nice big meal for dinner - treat yourself. The food really helps with the cravings.

            And I second the recommendation for the l-glutamine - get the powder, which works really quickly if you're having a craving. It really does help a lot.

              You are doing FAN-TABULOUS!!!

              I was wigging out about last weekend.....I managed it well, though I was a tad on the bitchy side-blaming poor hubby for everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!! But we managed to get through it. It's just an extention of the week.....sleep if you need to. I like sleeping, lol!!! The eating thing doesn't help me, I'm already very overweight, and trying to lose .
